Iomega Select 3.5 Inch 1 Tb External Hard Drive

Hi everyone I want to share my personal experience with this hard disc.

I purchase it this hard-disk from local computer shop. I purchase this hard drive because for its cheap price. After purchasing I realise it there this hard drive is a bad product because when I connected to my computer the transferring of data is very low speed and my computer also not responding while using this hard drive for data transferring if we transfer more than 200 GB data at a time this hard drive gets heated. No nearby authorised service centres. This is totally not valuable for money. so my opinion go for better product this is very bad.

I bought this Iomega 1Tb external hard drive to complement my Lenovo convertible.

The design looked nice but it's data transferring speed was very disappointing.

I was getting far below data transferring speed than the printed one.

I stored almost 500 gb data and after two months when I connect it back to my convertible it was not recognising the hard drive.

I bdougjt out my other Dell laptop but the situation remained the same and Iost all those data.

The support was poor as they unable to solve my problem.

Their staff were decent but not helpful towards their customers.

It didn't had much features to boost it's performance and not had any value for money.

Today I am talking about the lomega Mega hard drive.

price of this hard drive is 6000 rupees

the capacity of the hard drive is 1TB

it is an USB supportable hard drive

and the speed of data transfer is 480 MB per second

but this is only the speed they are printed in the box. I never get this kind of speed when I use this

this is the worst hard drive I have ever experienced. its speed was too much slow that anyone can we stop by

using this hour drive.

I am sharing my experience with you about this hard drive. I brought this hard drive from my shop. my budget

was somehow lower so I brought this. but then I use this host and then I realise that the hard drive has very slow

speed of data transfer. in hard drive the mean function is to transfer the data and store the data with very high

speed. I use other computer to check this hard drive but there is sim problem this means that there is no problem

in my computer but there is a very big problem in this hard drive.

I went to that shop but they do not help me the service is also very bad

I advise you to never buy this kind of hard

Don't have the value for money total waste of money hate this brand.

I purchased a lomega hard drive from a local mobile shop. I bought it as it was within my budget ( cost me 4800 at that time) . Once I started transferring data to the hard drive I came to know why this hard drive was so cheap. The data transfer speed was too slow ( I dont remember if transfer rate ever touched 1mbps) . At first I thought the problem is with my laptop. I tried transferring data from other devices too, but it did'nt help. The hard drive is still with me, its as good as scrap, I dont remember when I used it last.
