Today I had the most pathetic and unprofessional experience with Nuego. I had booked the Haridwar to Gurgaon bus at 11 AM. I called the driver(Mr. Vipin Kumar) multiple times in advance to inform him of my location and requested that I be notified once the bus arrived so I could be ready before time. Despite this, the bus left the pickup point without informing me and when I called again, I was told that they had already gone and shockingly, they blamed me for not being there without even making a single call to check. I was with my sister and we had to chase the bus for nearly 15 km, desperately requesting them to stop. Instead of cooperating, both the driver and conductor rudely said: Bus nahi rukegi, aapko jo karna hai kar lo. This is absolutely unacceptable, shows zero courtesy, and no respect for passengers. I also tried contacting Paytm and Nuego customer support, but as always, they were unreachable and completely unhelpful.
This is not just poor service, it is sheer negligence, arrogance, and harassment of customers. I will make sure this incident is highlighted across social media platforms and to government authorities, because passengers do not deserve to be treated this way.
You and Nuego need to take strict action against such unprofessional staff, or else it will lose all credibility with customers. such a shame
