This hostel is completely misleading and unprofessional. We booked a 4-bed dorm expecting an attached bathroom, only to find it outside the room nowhere mentioned on Booking.com. We were then moved to a 6-bed mixed dorm already occupied by 4 males, and a day later asked to shift again because they had converted a female dorm for us a blatant lie since men were already in the room.
The final insult? When we decided to check out early out of sheer frustration, the receptionist sarcastically remarked that it was good for them. Zero professionalism, zero hospitality, and absolutely no respect for guests. Stay away unless you enjoy being misled and treated like a nuisance.
