Nilkamal is Pathetic and a nightmare for customer. Review on Nilkamal'India's Favourite Furniture' commerical

I Ordered 2 beds from Nilkamal worth 110000 rupees. Firstly when they dispatched the beds they missed few parts to deliver. How careless is this. After so many follow ups they sent one person for the assembly and assemble person did not took the ownership for the missing part and asked me to contact nilkamal directly. When I contacted Nilkamal, they responded very casually as if they did not do anything wrong. Instead of dispatching the missing as soon as possible they said they will take another 5 days just to dispatch the missing part and they are not ashamed of their pathetic mistake and instead of acting on it quickly they were very casual in their attitude. I ordered beds on 06th May and even till now when I am writing this review my missing part is not received and my beds worth 110000 rupees are lying in my lobby and I am not sure when I receive it or if I will ever receive it.

Expert advice for them: Don't even think to buy furniture from Nilkamal today and tomorrow and until you leave from this world. Buy it from some other shop or take a mat and sleep on the floor.
