Qubo is just a big brand name which I was coaxed into buying since it's owned by the hero group. I bought not 1 but 3 smart door locks. Within the 1st couple of months itself one of the locks was not working properly, which they replaced, it took 1 month, since it was in warranty. Now comes the actual part, after about 16 months of installation the other lock had started becoming totally digitally dead at multiple times. After calling their helpline, a visit was scheduled and mind it they take the technician's visit charges first, multiple calling from my side after almost a week the technician finally came at 9.45 pm only to tell me he will do a factory reset since he couldn't figure out the issue and asked me to let him and his senior know if the problem still persists which I was sure will. Next morning itself I called them and informed them the problem was not solved at all. He again visited my place made some video call to his head office showed them the problem etc assuring me that the lock would be replaced since I could be locked out of my house any time without a solution. I then receive a call from their team saying that the digital display needs to be replaced for which I need to shell out Rs 6000/- since my lock was out of warranty. I told them that after so much of calling and follow up only from my side, absolutely pathetic Customer service, I don't wish to invest a single more penny in their product and will hence go for a genuine and trustworthy product. Hence, I urge and request anyone who is looking fora good and value for money product, stay away from Qubo door locks. I have totally wasted my money on them and am in the process of getting them replaced.
