I joined Club Exotica after their Relationship Manager, Mr. Mohammad, promised me multiple benefits – 21 travel days over 3 years (extendable to 6 years), free domestic and international packages, birthdays/anniversary celebrations in 3-star hotels with dinner for family, free pickup & drop, breakfast & dinner included, and sightseeing.
Based on these assurances (both verbal and written), I paid ?70,000 immediately. But after payment, the company started reducing services one by one. Finally, their manager Ms. Khusi directly denied all commitments and offered a much inferior package – no pickup/drop, birthday celebration limited to only 4 people, and hotels decided only by them. She even said if I wanted to go legal, I can.
When I asked for refund, instead of prompt action they dragged it for 10–12 days with daily excuses. This caused me huge mental stress and disturbed my work life.
I have call recordings and written proof of their false promises. This company is completely fraudulent, unprofessional, and unethical. Strong warning to all – do not waste your hard-earned money on this scam company.”
