I am writing to formally express my severe dissatisfaction and lodge a complaint regarding the algo trading system that I purchased from your company, specifically outlining the false promises made and the significant financial losses incurred.

As a direct consequence of your system's malfunction and the false promises, I have suffered:

An approximate capital loss of INR 13, 000/- due to the system's inability to manage risk and its consistent negative performance.

This amounts to a total loss of approximately INR 48, 000/-.

Upon realizing the system's consistent failure and the continuous losses, I contacted your representatives to request a full refund of the amount paid for the algo system(INR 35, 000) and compensation for the capital loss. However, my requests for a refund have been denied or ignored.

This situation constitutes a breach of trust and a failure to deliver on the promises made at the time of purchase. I demand an immediate and full refund of INR 35, 000 for the defective algo trading system and fair compensation for the capital loss of approximately INR 13, 000.
