Honest Review:
Please read and think wisely before opting Sunflower or any other Mohili Meadows property.
Property condition was terrible:
Seepage and deeply damp walls with fungus, leaving a foul, unhealthy smell
Algae growth and insects everywhere
Unhygienic, poorly maintained washrooms
Entire place felt neglected and uncomfortable from the start
Surroundings and location issues:
Unmowed, overgrown area around the bungalow and park space.
Unsafe for children as grass was tall and the area poorly maintained.
No proper water drainage/seepage system, leading to unhygienic surroundings.
Route to the property not maintained, no proper lights making access to walk completely inconvenient.
Most nearby bungalows in ruins, giving an abandoned and unsafe feel
Caretaker concerns:
Entered the house without knocking, showing no basic manners
Especially concerning since the group included women and a child
Very slow response in an emergency situation
Home Functional issues:
Wifi connectivity is not rightly fixed leading to poor network connectivity in the upper room.
All Ac remotes are locked with settings not flexible for user to adjust according to weather. So we had to leave that option.
Caretaker entered without permission each time to clean and get his other chores done.
Board game boxes like ludo and chess kept are damaged and missing.
Private pool issues:
- Only covered by a weak wired fence, no proper security
-No board/signage indicating it’s private property
- Strangers can easily enter and access the pool without restriction
Alert on Major safety incident :
Late at night, a group of drunk boys trespassed into the property
They jumped into the pool, shouted, and disturbed everyone
Created a highly unsafe environment, especially for women and children
Caretaker was called three times but delayed in handling the situation
Overall experience:
The only experience we liked here is the home cooked food by Mr Patil which came time to time with very well arranged plates and sufficient quantities. Will miss that!
Stayed in these conditions for two days keeping the company informed as well of these issues ( images attached as proof)
Extremely unsafe, unhygienic, and uncomfortable environment
Strongly recommend avoiding this property ie. Sunflower Duplex and any property in Mohili Meadows CHS, Karjat
