We had a very poor experience here, mainly due to the unprofessional behavior of the manager, Mr. Suresh. We were told fried rice was available, but once seated, they said Chinese items wouldnt be served because of Onam. We then ordered juices and a veg thali and simply asked for an extra platebut shockingly, we had to argue just to get one.
Whats worse, when we raised the issue to the management, they didnt even apologize. Honestly, weve never faced such poor treatment even at a roadside eatery. Very disappointing experience and not recommended.
