Have been a loyal customer of TVS since 2017and have regularly given my two-wheeler for servicing since I bought it at coxtown TVS showroom centre. However, I have been increasingly dissatisfied with the quality of service over the past two years.
The service standards have declined significantly, and I have found both the manager and the attending staff to be irresponsible and rude in their approach. My recent experience with the battery replacement issue was particularly disappointing. I had replaced the battery three years ago, and it has now stopped functioning. Since I was unable to provide the bill, my request for warranty service was outrightly rejected, despite my valid AMC with the centre.
Considering these repeated unpleasant experiences, I have decided to discontinue my AMC and will no longer avail services from coxtown centre. Furthermore, I will not recommend TVS service centre to others.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and work towards improving your customer service and support.
