Very poor service from Lloyd. AC failed after a year, and despite repeated follow-ups in Adoor, Pathanamthitta, and Kollam, service was delayed. After a year, they took the AC and remote, then returned it post-warranty saying it can't be repaired, spare part is not available etc etc.returned without the remote. Highly disappointing. Not recommended
