This was one of the worst travel experiences I've ever had. The bus was delayed by over 3 hours without any proper updates or communication. On top of that, the condition of the bus was pathetican overall lack of maintenance. It felt like I was traveling in a bus from the last decade.
What made things worse was the horrible customer care. I tried calling multiple times to get an update, but their staff was rude, unhelpful, and completely uninterested in resolving any issues. No apology, no accountability.
For a company like VRL that claims to be professional, this was absolutely unacceptable. Never booking with VRL againthere are far better options out there that respect their passengers time and money.
Please atleast check you buses, before starting the journey
