I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the overall service experience I have received since the very beginning of owning my Skoda vehicle.
From day one, I have faced multiple unresolved issues, including:
Window noise issue which has never been properly addressed despite repeated complaints.
Key log problem another ongoing issue that has affected daily usability.
And now, a software-related issue involving the Jio dongle, which I was not even informed about until the renewal date approached. The software has never worked properly over the years, and I find it unacceptable that there was no communication or proactive support regarding this matter.
It is disappointing that a brand known for its engineering standards has provided such a poor ownership experience. I will be marking a copy of this complaint to my dealership/service team as well, who have been unable to offer lasting solutions so far.
