I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the highly unsatisfactory service experience and recurring mechanical issues associated with my motorcycle, purchased for ₹;2.6 lakhs. Despite the vehicle having been brought to your service center on four separate occasions, the core issue remains unresolved.
Each time the motorcycle was submitted for inspection and repair, various components were replaced and charged to me, yet the original problem persists. The vehicle continues to exhibit significant performance issues, including excessive drag, rendering it practically unusable. It is wholly unreasonable to be compelled to physically drag a 190 kg vehicle on public roads on a weekly basis, particularly given the substantial financial investment made.
Your service personnel, including technicians and engineers, have demonstrated a concerning lack of proficiency, as they have been unable to accurately diagnose or rectify the fault, even after retaining the motorcycle for periods extending up to five days on two occasions. Notably, the spark plug has been replaced twice, and the battery was also replaced and billed to me, yet without resolving the issue.
A full service was completed approximately three months ago, again at my expense, and has proven ineffective in addressing the mechanical fault. The conduct and professionalism of your staff have been deeply disappointing, and the overall experience reflects a breach of reasonable service expectations.
In light of the above, I strongly advise against purchasing or servicing any vehicle from Manzil Motors until there is a demonstrable improvement in service quality, technical competence, and customer accountability.
I request a formal response and immediate resolution of the issue, failing which I may be compelled to pursue further action through consumer protection forums.
