This so-called financial institution is one of the WORST companies I have ever dealt with. They have ZERO trust in their regular customers, ZERO basic manners, and absolutely no idea how to speak to a human being with respect.
They dont care about your situation, they dont follow RBI guidelines, and they think harassment is a business model. As per RBI rules, once a customer responds, they are not supposed to call for the next 30 days but KreditBee keeps calling non-stop, revealing loan details to references(a clear violation), using abusive language, and even calling people fraud without proof.
Their customer service is toxic, unprofessional, and downright shameful.
They survive on fake reviews in the Play Store and shady referral schemes to fool people.
Even if you are on your deathbed, do NOT take a loan from KreditBee. Youll regret it more than the problem you were trying to solve. This is the WORST so-called financial institution you can ever deal with.
