My previous bike was a Honda Shine and I maintained it for 15 years. Last year in June I changed it and bought a Honda Unicorn. TN 01 BT 4802.
I completed the free services and last month end I gave my bike for paid service in your Kun Ashok Nagar branch.
The major complaint I gave was, the bike not attaining the maximum speed. The rpm did not cross the 8000 mark at all. They forgot the complaint. After I took the delivery I got the feedback call, I told them that my complaint was unattended and asked them the reason. NO reply.
Again I gave them the bike on 14.8.25 for the same complaint. On 18.8.25 I took the delivery. But the complaint still remains. I asked the mechanic, namely Dass, what did he do in the bike. He said he cleaned the spark plug, which is 15 days old and tightened the clutch. Will this correction solve my problem?
I don't know what kind of mechanics they are hiring.
I want to talk to you a senior mechanic in this regard.
