I feel this review is:
Bad experience. Wastage of time. I visited for my celerio second visit. They even can't wash car properly. Ms. Deepika there as workshop representative is just to give words not to fulfill that.

With my exp. you will never get satisfied response from their staff, specially front office, Gagan and Team. Most of the time they don't have car parts and charge money just for inspection.
Waiting time is very long, staff will not listen to you don't deal with Gagan he will make you wait. Its better to go chandigarh .
Not recommended .
No briefing to suit your needs, you have to go for pre determined mind set. Transfer of benefits are non transparent, all expenses will be round off, while in original they will differ from what you have paid for, timely delivery is a donting task, rest leave to their own interest or god
at the time of feedback they force you to leave excellent remarks, whether they deserve or not

I had purchased alto k10 from their. But my experience of this service station is very bad. They are taking too much time to deliver a car to you. At that time they almost take 1 day to deliver me my car. And their executive dont know how to behavr with their customers especially the man who is at the accessories shop. I had already purchased car from other sale station and other sale station offer me some discounts and gift but at tricity they are very not providing any type of discounts and any gifts.
Very bad experience from this sale station. I baught alto k10 from this dealer. And almost take 1 day to deliver me a car. They are too lazy. Their attitude towards the customers is very bad. They provide me the discount but after that I come to know that they had given me 2 years of warranty rather than 4 year. Such a fake promises. And the behaviour of employers is very bad specially the man who is at the accessories office. And after delivering the car next day they were not picking my phone calls I have some urgent piece of work there. Such a bad experience.
Tricity Autos has been providing good Services to the Maruti four wheeler owners of Tricity, particularly to the residents of zirakpur, Dera Bassi and nearby areas.It has well established workshop in beautiful furnished building. I got my car serviced many times with full satisfaction. Besides almost all the models of Maruti cars are available for sale. Their after sale customer support is quite satisfactory.
