UPDATE: My issue was resolved, so the review no longer holds good. I am trying to get this review deleted.

My case is different. I was a tenant in their phase 1 apartment on 5th floor. The apartment was not sold to anyone, it was directly put on rent by the builder. I stayed for 4 years. Before leaving, I notified one month in advance. Its now more that two months, I haven't got my advance deposit amount.
