Very glad you are looking for reviews on this Builder(S.Narayana).He is a FRAUD/420 Builder.KING of FRAUDS.

At the outset I apologize for this review being long, please read through till the end.it will save you a lifetime of headache, disappointment and failure.

This Builder has a very very bad reputation in the Market, all of his Projects in the last 10yrs have ended up in heartache and pain for the Buyers.

I am UNFORTUNATELY one of them and I have been suffering with this Builder for last 8yrs.honestly I don't want you go with this pain and suffering.

His cunning traits to be aware off:

• Very charming and rosy in talks.

  
  




• Will starting demanding more money once he has received first deposit from you.

  
  




• He will never attend your calls once he has received your money.

  
  




• He will tell you LIES after LIES about his Project completion.his project never completes on time.

  
  




• He will stay in his office but still LIE he is out of station, he will ignore calls, he will read your messages but won't care to reply.

  
  

His Projects

• His skilled staff and workers have abandoned him because of his GROSS dishonestly.this has impacted heavily on the qualilty of work.

  
  




• Leaky toilets, cheap plumbing, uneven walls, bad painting, worst wood quality, etc

  
  




• He will never visit the site to inspect the work, he will use his remaining hapless workers as guinea pigs to inspect and report to him.

  
  




• He never provides the Flats and/or amenities to the detail/quality mentioned in the SALE AGREEMENT.

  
  




• None of his Projects are eligible for OC or EC because of gross violation from Approved Building Plan.

  
  

If you want to ever engage with this Builder, take note of the following:

• Get Legal opinion right from the beginning, never ignore this, this FRAUD builder will try to avoid this step as risks losing your business.

  
  




• Make sure you add completion date in your agreements along with HEAVY financial compensation when dates are missed.

  
  




• May sure you have a payment schedule with dates clearly mentioning what the Builder completes before you release a payment.

  
  




• Last but not the least get every piece of information printed on a goverment STAMP PAPER, duely signed buy BUILDER and registered.
