Project locality is good. look wise project is good.

and price 3200 per sqft is good .

the problems are buying from land owners share is difficult they will try to cheat people by taking multiple advances for same flat.

there is a rajakaluve back of project. also small graveyard .

project height is less than outside main road which may be big problem going further.

amenities or ok.
