Everybody, stay away from these cheaters...Instead of shifting my household, their ppl (leading by Maaz) has beaten me and run away with my mobile... here is my story...

I spoke to Mr. Maaz (7899020851) to do shifting for me. I fixed time for 2:00 PM on 3rd April to do my shifting. After taking details of my items and number of floor the items need to be shifted, He told me that minimum 6 labors, lot of packing material like bubble wrap for fragile items and 17 ft tempo, will be required. After lots of call, he reached 5:30 in evening with small about 10ft tempo, 2 helper and few small cartoons to pack material. He had no bubble wrap. He bought the tap from close by shop itself.

The 2 helper were very thin looking, 17-18 yr boys. My stuff was to be moved to 4th floor through stairs. I showed my concern because none of the promise made over phone was fulfilled. I had fear that how these thin guys can carry my heavy items on 4th floor that too no wrapping material. I asked Maaz to get more wrapping material and 2-3 more labor to do the job as promised.

He said he can't arrange it and asked me to get my job done with those resource only otherwise asked for 1000Rs just for bringing his tempo for shifting and go back. I denied paying money as he didn't do any job for me. I was under pressure also because I had to vacate same day as owner was coming next day. This guy kept me waiting whole day and then coming without sufficient resource as per promise.

When I denied paying money, he started abusing me and with all of his labor beaten me up. At the end, they run away with my mobile. (Thankfully I was not carrying my wallet). Know you can make out if these are professional packers as they claim on websites or false review made by them itself or these are professional rowdies.

Next day, I called him to return my mobile and he asked for 3500 Rs and then finally it settled for 2000. HE asked me to come to his office with money or send online. I denied both and asked him to come with mobile and take money. Next day onward he started saying that his Manager has sold my mobile for 3500. After few days of calls on 15th April, I agreed to pay 3500 Rs. He promised me that within 24 hrs of money transfer he will send mobile. I transferred money on 16th April. Till today I have not received my phone. What I'm getting is only false excuses, cutting my calls etc. I had to call using different friends mobile to reach him. When I told him then I file post my story on websites and go for FIR, then he threaten me with consequences.

I was always thinking why to make big issue of it by posting review but after seeing another review from Samuel, I thought that this person is really professional cheater and I have to take strict action now. I'm going to file FIR today.

If you really want to go through same pain by taking their service, it's your wish...

Update on 31/05/2011:

On my complaint, police went to his above mentioned address of Sai Chatterjee group relocation office and found that there is no such office at this address and the properietor Ashim Chatterjee is dead few months back and since then this business is closed, that's why other mentioned number don't work. This liar Maaz told me just three days back that my mobile that he snatched is in office with company manager. When office is not there then how come manager be. Maaz is simply cheating people using the name of a closed company.
