Ruparel optima at Kandivali west charkop Ekta nagar , has done fraud with all the residents in this project he commited to give possession in one year ..but 2 yrs completed still the work is not completed so how should except the possession, pls donot invest in ruperal builder anywhere, the work is poor , no reply from them,

This Ruparel Realty is a big fraud builder who has connived with other govt agencies to defraud the investors. They are launching new projects and getting booking amount never bothering to complete the existing one. How BMC is approving the new ones is also a wonder. To confirm these anamolies people should meet residents of Ruparel Elara near Sky Greens about their live experience before investing in any project.

Those who are looking for residential property, please do not go for any Ruparel projects, they are fraud, we had booked the flat in Ruparel Sky green, till date no construction started, but fraudulently got disbursement of 70% of the loan amount from the bank, and the case is going on since last 5 years

I am a tenant in the building. The Bldg has leakage issues, mold issue (extremely high levels), safety issues, no gate, street dogs in the building, fire hazards, safety hazards etc. The finishing is terrible. The Bldg staff - no cooperative. Don’t put your money on this one
DHFL & Ruparel are doing a big scam together

DHFL has already disbursed 50% of the loan amount to Ruparel without even the C Wing's demolition where I have booked my flat.

And I am not alone, we are more than 230+ people in a group and have started sending legal notices to DHFL and Ruparel.

WORST, CHEATING, LYING, USELESS, HOPELESS and DISGUSTING ruparel reality kandivali.

Never ever contact or call ruparel reality kandivali these people are STUBBORN, ARROGANT and NEGLIGENT. They are FOOLISH and Disturbing never listens to any of our complaints only thinks that they are always right and true. Their SILLY STUPID GREEDY agents are only after the commission and once the work done never ever attends any calls or replies.
