Problems in rented flat in Prabhavathi Windsor

Review On Prabhavathi Builders, Bangalore

Hello,

This my first review on mouthshut. May be many people think its fake but its true and could be an eye opener for other users who wants to take flat on rent direct from the builder.

I rented NEW flat on Prabhavathi Windsor 1 month ago direct from the builder and gave my advance on time. I promised by Prabhavathi's salesman Narayana that he  completed all things(ex. Bathroom fittings, electric switches, No doorbell.etc) before  shifting.

The day came when I packed all household Items and moved to New house and  guess what Not a Single thing is in complete status. The Plumber was fitting Toilet seat and electrician was fixing electric switches. I asked site engineer(Pramod) to fix everything but he said he will do tomorrow.  When I checked flat, I shocked The construction quality was poor, poor fixed door locks and bathroom fittings. They fixed geyser WITHOUT power socket.

I called Many time Site Engineer but no response. Same thing happened When I called  Prabhavathi's salesman.

But all these were trailer of big problems, After 1 week in the heavy rainy night suddenly water started leaking from roof and side wall. My kitchen and living room was looking swimming  pool.

It almost One month Nothing fix.  Currently I am following Mr. Bharat on this issue

My advice to the builder is  Don't make false promise, Because your tenant may be your potential buyer. Thanks,
