At the sale time, they promised many things but there has been no visible progress in the past year. Moreover, the quality of their done work is pathetic. In meetings with the residents, they propose timelines that they never commit to. Despite paying the premium price, We residents are even struggling for basic amenities like water, STP, electricity, etc.
