Extremely unprofessional

Review On MJR Builders, Bangalore

I am a flat owner at MJR Pearl and staying there for past 1 year. The project has 416 units spread over 4.2 acre land. Even though construction began on this project in 2013 and builder started giving possession since early 2017, still in 2018 the construction of common amenities has not yet completed. Although construction quality is decent but the builder is highly unprofessional and rude towards customers. They are not ready to fix glaring mistakes in the apartment, starting right from the basement which has flooded several times in the past year. They have defaulted on payments for basic stuff like BWSSB deposits amounting to crores which they have already collected from owners. No provision for borewell or cauvery water has been provided and we are completely dependent on poor quality tanker water which does not come cheap. The apartment is currently maintained by the builder and their service is far from satisfactory. They are very poor in sticking to timelines and promises, evident from the fact that the project completion was due in 2015 but still in 2018 work is in progress. They have even cheated the owners by making them pay property tax for period before possession. None of the owner complains, over email or through personal visit to their office, ever gets resolved and has forced our hand to expose them here.
