Worst-building finish and maintanence

Review On LVS Builders and Developers, Bangalore

Pros: Legal documentation, bank approvals and paper works -very good. the reason why we went for this builders even though the location is very far off in terms of connectivity.

Cons:

The finishing inside apartments are very low quality- the putty finishing is worse, the labors do hurry bury work as if they are doing job for houses at slum area.

Tile workers do a horrible job of floor tiles and bathroom tile.Multiple cracks and even after replacing those the floor looks horrible.

The aluminum windows installed has multiple gaps and rugged finish  and of low quality.

All the rails and frames has cement stuck inside which cannot be removed at all after multiple cleaning by us .And the builders overseer pays less attention to complaints of cleaning that.

The floor slope  in balconies and bathrooms are pathetic.

After 4 months of moving in the building corridor painting works and maintenance still goes on.

And once the paint jobs are done -no cleaning at all in corridors for 3-5 days at a stretch.

Need to make multiple follow ups and still they dont finish the work saying, how much they can do in a day.

By the way the maintenance charges are taken correctly but the resident has to go through much stress.

Lift never works in daytime as generators are not switched on.

Just 1-2 laborious and their kids for cleaning an apartment of 100 and more flats.

The workers never mops the corridors. And most of them are unresponsive. And any normal person starts shouting at them due to such negligence in work.

In short a person with asthma can go through a stressful time living at LVS for the first year term when builders does maintenance.

I have taken up this decision to write this review after much thought and much follow ups with them.To escalate the issue I tried reaching out directly to builders and guess they are too busy to even attend calls and address the issues of residents.
