Please talk to any one of the resident of Golden Grand, Golden Blossom, Golden Serenity or Golden Palms Before booking a flat. Avg delay for flat is 2 -3 years and delay in giving club house is around 6-7 years.


Horrible Experience of life. Big Cheaters. Initially they fooled Golden Grand buyer by putting all money of other projects and later all the other projects are suffering as No money from Golden Grand can be given back to other projects.


They are so ruthless and dont even feel pinch by putting our hard earned money in hell. God bless you all. Each one of Golden Grand, Golden Palms and Golden Blossom customer should write true reviews every day and then only Janta will be awaken,
