Customer of Ds&Jaks whatever you people are commenting are seems to be done intentionally,  it is not right to say,  that  the materials they are using  are inferior  quality  because  the important materials like  steel they are using  tata steel, bricks are  from  shoba developer  and cables form havels, CP fittings from jaguar and lifts from Jonson,  and they have their  own concrete mixing plant.

There are group of people coming together for different project that is why the different names one or two Builders may be common in both,  The collective  owner ship  for each project  is different that is the reason  they come up with a different names, can anyone show  me one project where the project  is not completed, may be some  pending works you people may find If you put these kind of messages in social media the reputation of the apartment gets damaged intern the owners like us will get effected when we want to resell our flats so dont put these kind of messages, if you people have any issues directly fight with the builder.  Don’t fight like cowardice.
