No doubt the property what they are selling (plots) are legal. But after sales response is too worst. MD will not respond to the calls and if we approach him via sales representatives what we have consulted MD will scold them only. This is for eg: There is small layout of 70 sites in Doddabele Kengeri. Initially when saw the layout it was very good clean. Now there is no maintenance at all. The people staying there (hardly some 9 family) are leading a miserable life in the case of layout issues. There is no maintenance and the layout has become a spot for drinkers. The village peope will come there and drink as there are no street lights. I got to know that the street light bill should be paid by the people of the layout . Also the borewell electricity charges. Recently heard that MD is not at all responding to handover the layout to panchayat and now the layout borewell electrical load issue is there. Layout people are paying penalty there. If asked to MD regarding this he is telling transformer belongs to him and who is bescom to put bill and penalty. And talking in a irresponsible manner. Got to know that he does not have the document for how much load they have taken. When asked he is telling like he has taken properly. But how penalty is coming?? Got to know he is not responding over call also. With this type of irresponsible developers why anyone should buy property.? Also they will do the construction. The quality is 3Rd grade patch work. Think twice before approaching
