In this modern era no one care there body and health. Food and cleaness is first major step to being a healthy life. Health is wealth this quotes you all seen but not paying attention to for health. Fresh food eat and avoid piza,burger and other fast foods that is not beneficial for our health. I request to you all that daily atleast eat fruit, vegetables. Fruits are provide us necessary nutrients to our body they are useful to avoid and weakness and diseases.

In this hot weather means summer you keep most attention to your body. To avoid dehydration you should drink full water and drink juice that give us energy for work. Drinking water is good to body and this provide necessary hydration to body and clean the body and hygiene it.

Clean environment best for healthy life. So we aware to cleaness and clean our so environment for fresh air.
