Change is constant isnt it.. in MS case its not constant it happens once in a blue moon Kabhie kabhie.. and its not done for the members its done for the pockets of MS..
now in this new interface they have more page refresh and more ads and more ad refresh so in short more $$$
Thanks to google ad's now this site is purely run to earn as much as 1 can dig into googles pockets.. there are many books available on how to maximise profits from google adworks.. seems like MS has already got hold of all those..
