Great News!

The technical issue at MouthShut.com has been successfully resolved. I would like to thank all of you for keeping the faith. It was tough and frustrating for some of you but I'm glad that your patience has paid off.

I'm sure all of you must be wondering what was wrong with MouthShut.com, why was it not opening, why was it so slow, so on and so forth. Well, hold those frowns a little bit. There was nothing wrong with your favorite website; just that a few technical issues had cropped up (nothing major really) due to certain hardware problems. Our team dealt with it in a swift manner and the last few days were spent in the setting up of brand new hardware.

Now, MouthShut.com is working fine, very smoothly, without any glitch. Still, if you do find any more issues, kindly send M2M to me or Jasmine or write to support@mouthshut.com"> support@mouthshut.com

talk about coincidences......... i bought a new net connection yesterday and spent half of the day harassing the customer care guys telling them, this one site doesnt open, and if it doesnt open in the next 4 hours, i'm going to return the connection!

Hi Vikram,

I am sure you must be relaxed as the issues are resolved. The system looks a bit slow now for loading, but that can be because of the net speed as well.

I am sure the technical team must have sleepless nights...now relax.

For coincidences, my PC was crashed this week and I am yet to fix it. Looks like it is the fault of the season. Lol!!
