CHESS PLAY - Good way to relief stress

Everyone pass through stress full days at least 10-15 days in a month.specially Marketing team or Accounts team or Project Team or HR team .or Operation Team or Management Team or Financial Team.


Problems Might be different from case by case.but one thing is common is Time schedule.every one got Target dates to meet.so everyone run their best to achieve. Fact is hardly 5-10% only able to achieve the Target.


Because Management always set Target above the comfort zone. There comes our all time good Friend and always and every time part of our Problem is Stress.


Time and Stress are the most common from Layman to Engineer/Doctor .Management .


I remember in my childhood we use Amirtanjan Balm we apply on head to get relief. What this Balm do is give additional burning pain which is more than the existing Headache. After few minutes later we feel relief.When Balm reduces its burning effect.


Exactly the same way When ever I face Die Hard Problems all I do is Play chess that too Bullet game [ game of 1 Min ].


Whats happening is that when you play Fast Track Chess. you don't have a time to think.You move your fingers very quick and your focus exactly the moves of opponent . No time to think about your Project or Target or even wife standing beside you holding a cup of coffee yelling you take coffee.


All you say Rakde, Rakde, Ignoring a wife its one of the most adventurous sports.till date under the SUN.


That means Playing chess that too Bullet game can kill your stress for at least for an hour.
