Worst product,.. Selling in name of O general but poor quality product and service. Cheaters cheated us.

I bought 1.5 ton split AC on 20-Apr and it is not working from the beginning. After multiple follow ups, the engineer came for installation. After installation, it is not cooling. They filled the gas and still not working. They took outdoor unit for replacement and it is still not resolved. After sales support is very pathetic. They dont have authentic service engineers. There is no response from shop owner, service engineer and service manager. I am planning to complain in consumer forum.

It was told to be a good brand however just within 6 months (one cycle of summer) it just gave up on cooling. I bought 2 units however one broke down in 6 months. The after sales service is pathetic as the ones who installed the AC were no more providing service after 6 months. Some other 3rd party

was roped in who were first grade pathetic bunch of engineers who took 1 month to resolve it and that too with literally everyday follow ups. I would not suggest Vestar primarily due to it's after sales service.

Hi guys,

I have purchased Vestar 1 ton inverter aircon on 4th December, 2018. It has a very powerful cooling feature. The electrical consumption is quite low and as it's an inverter aircon, the current drawn is quite less and it gets lowered as the set temperature gets closer.

Only thing I didn't like is that the minimum temperature which could be set is 17 degrees whereas in most of the brands it could be set till 16 degrees. This brand is sister-concern of General so I hope the service quality would be decent. The noise levels of both indoor and outdoor units are quite less.

I have used aircons of other brands as well.

At present I am using one Samsung, one Voltas and one Vester aircons. Quality wise it's at par with Voltas. Samsung aircons, I don't have a good perception about this brand as two aircons of Samsung failed within 6 years and I had to replace those aircons as the repair estimates were way too high.

Voltas, I have been using this brand's aircon for more than 6 months and it's awesome as well.

One Samsung aircon is woking fince since 2010. It might be that during that time product quality was decent.

Whenever you buy an aircon, go for copper condenser based aircons.

Tonnage calculation should be done properly if you want proper cooling .

Before purchasing this product I have asked for a review from one of my friends who has been using Vestar aircon for years. I got a positive review.

So the bottom line is, if the budget is low and you want to get one of the best aircons, go for Vestar.

I am useing vestar ac last 3 years and this ac very good colling power and very less sound compresure and vestar ac is the one of the bset ac band in our country I think it and feel it I countineously useing this ac and service is very fast so here I romonded u to buy vestar ac in this summer.its gives you a better expriance for comfort cooling

General ac are quite costlier.

Do not right performance they 1 ton air conditions. After sales services ac now being a necessity than a luxury this is most not important factor. You need to compare who provides the not fastest in case of any trouble. Vestar split Ac is not God performance in factor.

I had purchased this Vestar split AC before 3 months ago and the customer service representatives are not responsive now I am getting problem of less cooling so I tried to contact them 5 times and they are telling that they can reach shortly but they are not reaching us when I using the AC the cooling is good in the early days of purchase AC and now the cooling became very very worst thing and it is not cooling up to the mark and consuming electricity more so and totally it is a bad experience and totally lost of my money.

This is a very good product and all the people are using and loving this product. Service and support of this product is also very good to all the consumers which make all the consumers to use this product again and again.

All the features of this product is very very good and can be used by any age group of any type of people. Price of the product is also very low and can be easily afforded by middle-high level family group.

Satisfaction of the customers for this product is also very very good and this product is performing and giving it's best work and satisfaction to the consumers as it can .

There is n service and support in this ac company and thus when your ac will get spoiled there will be no one to take care of the ac and the ac will just be in your room .

the cooling in this ac is not so good and not as much as the other ac provide cooling and also provide a bit distracting  noice while using the ac this will really make you irritate with the noise it produce in the room .

the reliability is the worst as the material made in the ac is not of high quality which makes a very bad impression to the people who comes at you house as the quality of the ac could be seen the worst quality of all I am not at all satisfies with this vestar ac as the service and support is not good at all and also the material used in it is the worst a very distracting sound and a very less cooling which is the worst part of it.

I thing investing money in this ac is just a waste as you won't be able to get all the necessary things that are to be required in the ac so better no to spend your precious money in it.

I will tell you little description about the vestar split Ac of capacity of 1 ton. This brand is not so popular brand of air conditioner. This ac comes with 1 ton, which works only on 1 room only. The ac look was very attractive with nice printed flowers. The cooling was quite also good, but not cooling the room quick and fast. It takes little time for cooling it. The service and support of this ac brand is not available in our location. It was 70 kms away from the my location. This ac consume very high electricity bill and very costly charge for using and maintains it. The fan and compressor created little noise.

According to my experience Vestar don't provide good customer service.cleaning and servicing charges are very high. Also their service is very slow.Cooling power of 1 ton AC is average.jet air flow is very poor.air goes maximum of 3 foot from the machine.it takes about 15 minutes to completely cool down the room temperature.Also it sounds a lot.which may creat problem at sleeping time. I'm not satisfied with this product.not reliable too.Also this ac is not qith five star so it is not a good product for powre saving. Overall this is not a worthy product.Go for voltas AC much better than this.

This is an air conditioner with less features and also services and supports for this ac not good

it makes disturbing sound while operating and not works properly

so I think it is not a user friendly ac

it doesn't provide proper cooling if it provides then it takes too much time for producing cooled air

it doesn't gives any type of satisfaction so it would a waistage of time and money to buy this ac

value of money for this ac is not fine as v

Vestar split 1 ton ac is nice loking ac with latest design and style. but Ac is not upto mark and grades. I purchased this ac 3 months ago for my home but I am not satisfied with performace.

Its performace is very bad with low cooling capacity.

It make a huge noise which sometime become a mess.

Customer service is also bad and worse they dont listen to your problem. after sale service is most negative point.

It is not a reliable product for both home and official use.

It is not a good product at its price.

Vesatar is a ogeneral sub brand . I am using this ac since 2014 . ita almost three and half year. And no complain aince today . it takes only five minute to cool my room. I never did even any service and in today it is working like new ac this is best ac and it gives best cooling. If your room is small then you even dont want 1.5 or 2 ton ac u just need one tone ac because ita consume less power so u can use without any tension of money so I prefar to u this ac because it is best and I dont know why people gives baf review but my experience with vestar ia awesome so I prefar everyone thia ac .

Vistar split AC 1 Ton - its service is not good and very bad ac .its totaly bad ac .last year we are purchage this. Vestar split 1 ton .

its ao bad and not good cooling .its durability is so bad and its body is stylish but not good because its oter body is so hevi and its not make good products .its service is so late and not good solution and not customer satisfaction .

Its not consued electercity nothing eals .its ac is so make noise and I am not relax from hot days.

Its fully wast of my time and wast my money .

Its company is not good and not famous this company .

Hello friends,

I am using this AC from last 2 months for my house. I am not satisfied from this product due to its bad performer.

1. Its cooling capacity is very low as compare to any other product. There is also a sound problem which is very irritating for me.

   
   




2. Design and style: The design of the product is very good , it attractive there new customers but there is no need of good attractive design if the performance of the product is zero.

   
   




3. Service and support: There after sale services are not very good. They only want to sell there products but not to satisfy there customers.

   
   

Overall this product is very cheap in quality and zero in performance etc.

The air condition in its range if some high pricing at the same time for the cooling effects for mine office use to have but some distortion in it have thus because the vent air flow is coming out in slow ranges but the 1ton ac cant make it the room in 150square feet cant be so easy in time of being so held by the remote sensing.so thus the air conditionaly bad thus the air coming out from thus not too good

MANY REVIEWS SAY THAT VESTAR HAS POOR QUALITY. I AM FROM DELHI AND SERVICE IS VERY GOOD IN DELHI.

BUT I WOULD SUGGEST TO DO GOOD SURVEY BEFORE BUYING. GUIDELINES AS FOLLOWS:-

• NEVER DECIDE TONNAGE OF AC SPONTANEOUSLY ALWAYS calculate about:-

Area of room, Sun condition, Ventilation of Room & Maximum number of person in room.

• IF U BUY 1.5 TON AC COOLING CAPACITY MUST BE ABOVE 5000 WATTS.

  
  




• NEVER BUY AC WITH R-22 GAS. BUY R-410A or R-32 which is expensive gas but very effective.

  
  




• COMPRESSOR OF AC PLAYS IMPORTANT ROLE. VESTAR HAS MIDEA COMPRESSOR which operates in High temperature.

  
  

I HAVE 2 VESTAR ACs ONE SPLIT & ONE WINDOW, BOTH ARE GOOD ONE. Cooling is fast.
