With in 2 year ac lost it cooling performance..code ch 5 displayed..
Service personal recommended 'exterior mother board (in his words) change' . He changed it and gave bill of Rs 4861. Including Rs 3291 for board, and Rs 550 service charge and gst applicable.
Even after this service, the split AC unit shows same display. Ch 5 error. No cooling experience still. So contacted him again. Now he says that ' interior motherboard need to be changed' ....I dont know where this series of expenditure will end..!?

We bought a LG AC from Pai International Uppal Depot, Hyderabad, INDIA. Within 10 days we got problem with ac(not giving cool). LG people came and done some repair and gone when I was requesting to replace with new AC. They told if problem comes again they will replace with new ac. But again after two months again it is not working. now LG people are troubling again. Dear friends "please do not buy LG products" and don’t buy from PAI INTERNATIONA…. Service is worst. I bought this product on 20th April 2017 @ rs 34700 with one year full warranty and 10 years compressor warranty including gas fill. In April 2018 I took free service from LG. Today on 31st July 2018 its not working, its out of gas but compressor is okay so I need to aishwaryasingh23 for gas fill ie around rs 4500 and around rs 5000 for the leaked part. Approximately 10k for repair. And this is with only 3 months warranty.so I m feeling like I paid 34700 just for one year ac. As per service man I shld buy amc worth 5300rs for an year. I felt cheat. I think I shld buy some low profile and cheap Ac other than this cheat company.

Good ac great cooling it has Cooper condenser. Which give it a great cooling with longer life it also have different modes of conditioning like himalayan mode it also have timers and display off systm. It is 5 star rated hence electricity cost is low. Lg gives great service to its customers in a single day. Cooling is very good. It also runs on inverter technologie . So it is a good ac in this price I totally satisfied with it.but their are many other due to which it is not good. 1st and the most important reason is that it is too much coastly copare to other acs in this segment llyod also produces good air conditioners but at morelo cheaper prices and many more features. But the best part that I like in this air conditioner is tjat it comes with mosquito replent technology. Which is the first in its segment it really works well. It comes down the temp in just 20 min of starting. I purchased it from reliance digital and they give me stabiliser free with this. It comes in 2or 3 colour option I like the white most because of my room colour. So finally I suggest you to go for it if you want a ac with trusted company and best service. If not many other good brands available in the market like o generall and hitachi etc. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
Hi, I have taken 2 spilt inverter from Orlem Malad west LG authorised shop. From day 1 I had problem from LG servicing company.person to install didn't come on time for installation. Post to that every quarter(from day of install) this inverter AC had water dropping inside instead outflow pipe. Six times in a year LG service station people came to repair but still my problem is same. On top of it they said u invest more 3600rs we will do petrol wash n problem will be solved. We did. Post to that now u take AMC leakage problem will not occur at least for 6 months. Then too in 15days I had water inflow in my room. LG company customer center I am complaining again n again, they are just giving hopes of solution but post a year passed by my problem is not solved. AMC cost is also 9027rs for a year for 2AC.while as carrier/OG/Daikin takes approx 2k per AC for year.
LG's Dual inverter compressor is quite nice

-Compressor: - Inverters compressor Contantly adjusts a compressor speed to mantain desired tempretures level, Moreover dual processer save more energy from any other inverter.Dual inverter compressor uses its high range cooling.
-Energy rating - This ac gives very nice energy rating. I have seen this ac in my friends home and it actuallyy save engery I must say.
-Warranty: - This ac 1 year product warranty and 10 year on compressor , which is very good then other , I want to mention that other ac gives only 5 year of compressor warranty but this ac gives 10 year which very good.
-Overall this ac is full pakage of master ac , this is nice ac , I would also suggest everyone to use this product.

It is a very nice product and it has a nice quality fir its price. , I love tis air cinditioner too much. But some times its remote wirks wrong. I dont know why like that. And it cools the room very slow. Its emits water not through the out put hose. Its cooling spped is very low. But it is a good product
These ac is more noisey.
Sleep mode also have noise but low. But compare to other ac these ac is very in efficient.
Room cooling is not good enough.
Electricity eating us more compare to other ac
I cannot get cooling effect. When service came they tell no problem. According to these season cooling effect these much.
Hi guys today I’m going to review on LG inverter split AC. they gave me defective ac when I tried to contact retailer he said he cannot replace it
So I contacted service support for my problem they said they can replace the AC on some conditions which I do not like calling feature of Theseus is very bad as expected from this Ac There is no value for money in buying decision please don’t waste your money
I had installed this AC in summers 1 year ago. I had purchased it because of the brand LG is associated with it. the thing which actually disappoints me is the more power consumption. Its cooling is fairely good and takes around 8-10 mins to completely cool a room on a turbo mode.
The company had given me 1 year of warranty with this AC.
The best part of this AC which I founds is that it doesnt make a loud noise when switched ON. Its outdoor unit too calmly do’s its work.
As I have to install two more AC’s soon so I will not gonna use this one again only because of its more power consumption. Rest no complains for its cooling or any other thing. I loved this Ac.
I believe in lg air conditioner it is fast cooling in room I have buy this air conditioner and it is very low consume electricity it is design in body very best I lot happy in this cooling it is compaitable in invertor best for at home this air conditioner very am very happy purchase this air conditioner it is best

friends its a worst buying and its value for money you are not disappoint after purchasing it.
Here is some important point which one to tell about this.
It's cooling is amazing in high temperature also you never feel too hot in summer special it is designed nicely which will give you perfect cooling.
It will really reliable and effective easy to use you will not meet any problem just handle with remote there are various temperature where you set, I always set according to my body.
OLD PERSON WILL ALSO DO THE SAME THEY LITTEL DOWN AND THEY EASILY SET IT.
The day from which I purchased lots of compliment I get for this air conditioner.
Overall you can buy it it having nice features with superb cooling.

Hi friends today I am going to share my personal experience I bought this AC since 5 month ago firstly it was working properly it can easily cooler room but after few days it had lots of problem they take lots of time to cool the room and compressor produce lots of noise which is very annoying and the AC Remote was not working properly and it consume lots of electricty all through the design of this AC was good but it consume lots of space at wall sometime the AC was automatically stopped I don't know what is the problem but I complain in customer service they come after 7 days to check the AC and they charged me so much money to repair the AC this is he was too costly
I had very disappointed by this AC because it cannot properly cool single room in my opinion you can buy a better AC at that price
After using 2years now I can share my experience with you all abought ac in 3000 in 2015 and it temperate between 18 to 32 degree Celsius it quickly cool down the room but two I faced problem with splinter but the customer care services is so good that once I complained about the products and he suddenly took the products and repair
I have been using this for last 5 months, and I am extremely happy about its performance, and the important thing is the service oriented back group they have got, really good product.The reliability and satisfaction is average. The value of money is average.
Despite of its high reputation, I am dissatisfied with my recent purchase of LG Air conditioner. It is sufficient to cool my room, but the compressor makes huge noise. The AC requires is a bit slow though for cooling. Its better to go for 4 star items to save more energy. I have heard about high maintenance cost of the AC, lets count on that later. The remote is also ugly and not user friendly. However, I got few free services, lets hope they provide the best ones under warranty spare parts. Its value for money so far the purchase is concerned. I hope to get less service charges in future.
