this ac is very easy to use by the remote. it has many options on the remote so that it gives satisfaction to the consumers.

about durability

you may occur some problems like drops leakage from the ac at inside the room. it may occur after buying of 1 year. service and supporter can be fixed.

about ease of cleaning

it is easy to clean by opening the bumper of the ac and we have to clean the mattes in the ac at every month ending so that air can pass through it easy.

about style and design

of course ac design is quit common but it has very power to generate the cooling to the room in just 10 min. we have invert a stabilizer to it to control low voltage and high voltage.

about service and support

this I have to say that service and support are very bad . if u call up for the service they will not come after next call also. first 1 year they work efficiently but after that they show there negligence towards the complain.
