I purchased Hitachi 2 ton AC on 23.08.19 through local AC delear named AC Point; P road Kanpur..got installed on 25.08.19 .It stopped working just after 5 days .PCB burnt

Hello friends today I am going to talk about the hitachi ac which I bought last year honesty it takes very less time for cooling my room even if I talk about the saving then it is five stars so this model of hitachi company help to me for saving the electricity that leads to help me for saving my money in indirect ways last but not the least, the designs of this ac are very beautiful as well as stunning I love it it enhances the beauty of my room so I totally recommend to all of you please buy this ac because of its various benefits.

This air conditioner is gives perfect cooling.

It has good cooling capacity in 5 seconds.

It's good feature is better cooling than Other ac. I suggest it my brother to use. I felt so child to use this ac. Hitachi company gaves better service facilities than other companies.

It is a very nice AC. This AC is of 2 Ton. It has max 16 ? and it has max 30? and it is soo cool. It also has auto turn off programme. As per my knowledge hitachi company is best for AC. The bad thing about is that it catches too much dust. So you should have to clear it dust twice a year. It is very heavy but the price is not.

Hitachi is one of the oldest compamy.

Hitachi AC is good to use.

It's customer service facility is good and response is also good.

This is 3 star still better than 5 star because of use of AC is less.

Performance of this AC is good.

Cooling power is very good.

No sound issue.

No sensing problem.

Technology is very good.

Hitachi has always been a pioneer in cooling

Purchased this AC 1.5 ton last year, No complaints till now.

The Cooling is efficient even for a large room, Got 2 free service too under an offer,

The customer support is informative and quick in response

Power savings is good too, My bill started to fall as compared to my previous LG air conditioner

Pros-

1) Automatically sets the room temperature

2) Sets the the temperature according to your body temperature while sleeping

3) Powerful fan, so you wont need your room fan along with your Ac

4) Loads of Useful features

5) Premium Build Quality

6) Remote with back light screen, so you don't need light to change temperature at night

7) On A/c button case, so children don't mess up with A/c

8) Less Power Consumption as compared to other 1.5 ton 3 star Air conditioners

9) Compressor Led light lets you know when its on or off

Cons -

1) Some times compressor takes 2-3 minutes to start up

When I went to shop for the AC, keeping the increasing temperature in mind, I wamted something which is pwerful!

So the salesman recommended me Hitachi! At first I was doubtful because I know less about electronic brands and stuff!

So trusting the word I made a go for it and never regretted my decision! This AC is a massive device which gives really cold air whenever required! And even more silent than my last ac ( LG 1.5 ton) maybe that is due to longer years of usage.

Cools up very quickly! And the modes are actually working as per the conditions unlike most of ACs in which modes are just to increase number of buttons! If you want something powerful for this heat go for it! .

I was using hitachi Ac and the very first month I bought it, it show in the display some error naming e9. though the product was in warranty but their service man said that this product doesnt cover the warranty and charged rs3000 for it. later the following two months another error some e3 came up and they repeated the same statemnt of the part not covered in warranty and charged 1100

the following year when they came up to renew annual charges for AMC they charged us 2500 saying all parts are covered under AMC

the following month I asked them to come over as I was having some problem in the ac they took almost 15days to make a visit and charged 500 for that visit saying that it is their policy which they did not mention at the time of agreement.

so my verdict is that this AC is costlier in comparison to others and even it doesnt have worth of the money you are paying

Its a nice AC with good cooling even if we have number of people in room.

I didn't face any major issue in last 2 years (2 summers).

However, Hitachi has very bad service. They do not turn-up for weeks once you log a call.

Ac has noise while it starts. This is due to front grill vibration.

Hitachi does not have any workaround for this. I got it in 34000 in 2012.

I bought Hitachi Quadricool TM in the year of 2010, I have used acs like commander, Napoleon so I was not at all interested in buying SAMSUNG, LG or VOLTAS for that matter. Some of my friends and Air conditioner professionals suggested me General & Hitachi.

I opted for Hitachi albeit it is more expensive than General, it has not given me any trouble so far, cooling is marvelous, looks are awesome and it is the most silent window ac any body looking to buy an ac go for Hitachi.
