Not worth to buy blue star is just waste of money I have shared my bad service experience so no one with buy this 3rd class product.

I purchased a window inverter 1.5 ton Blue Star AC and within a month the PCB got spoiled. On my insistence the company exchanged it with a new machine but after a year again the PCB got spoiled. I paid for the repair and now again within 15 days of the repair, the capacitor in the PCB is spoiled. They have taken it for repairs, I have no idea how much more will I have to again spend on it. Really fed up and a harrasment it is. Such a bad choice

I bought Blue Star 1 Ton window Airconditioner from Vijay Sales, Chembur, Mumbai on 17th March, 2022. It was commissioned on 21st March, 2022 and the same day after commissioned the swing was not functioning..Now they say that the motor of theswing to be replaced. This is a gross negligence of by Blue Star company. It is manufacturing defect.

So whoever is reading my review my advise to them is please do not buy Blue Star Airconditioner.

We bought an 1.5T Split AC, with our Hard earned money. We took AMC from the company authorised service centre M/S. Kavi Enterprises, Chennai.

Almost every month there is water leakage problem for the past 1 month they have done servicing thrice but still the water leakage is persisting.

Is the AC component itself is a defective one or worst servicing people are given agency.

We have used this blue star ac for one year and we are not satisfied this ac . because the management is ultimate you can on the ac for 15 minutes and you can leave the room after putting in the temperature down and it is very much valuable for it cost. The maintenance is very low and it cools very fast comparing to other ac companies and it takes to much time for cooling room and runs continues for long hours when it stops automatically on set time then I feel warm temperatures in room just 10 minutes. It increases electricity bills so high.so feel unsatisfied with this recommend others not to buy this because it is not value for money. Thank you

I have used this AC for about 6 months and to be honest I am not satisfied with it.

The service and support is just average.

Its cooling is just okay, but makes a lot of noise when it is working.

When it comes to satisfaction, I am not fully satisfied from this Air Conditioner as it makes a lot of noise.

Due to all these reasons I think that this product does not provide true value for money.

I have Blue Star Window AC. This is the best AC. I have a white colour three star AC. It cools the entire room in a short time. Its air is fully controlled. If you feel cold, then you can fan it. This is a value for money product. It is a reliable product.

We bought a bluestar ac nearly 3 years ago and ever since we bought it , within a couple of months it stopped cooling . Since then every 3 months we have to call the technician from the company for gas filling as everytime they came in we were told that the gas has leaked we need to refill it again . This has happened almost every 3rd month of getting the gas refilled and for gas filling they charge 3000 and I understand the warranty bit but still its an inconvenience caused to the customers who are fooled with such a negligent attitude by the company and its technicians. They just mean to extract money from the customers by saying gas in leaked which should ideally not be the case when an ac on a regular basis works fine without gas filling for years and they have no solution to the gas leaking part either. They just show up, fill the gas and leave without really looking for a fix of the gas leak so that next time it doesn't happen not this frequently at least and now I got the refilling done last week and the ac within a week has again stopped cooling . Is this a joke ? They are fraudsters . Please don't not buy this product and save yourself the time and money by looking for a trustworthy and better brand

I bought a blue start Window AC in 2015 and after 4 years AC fan having a problem. I registered a complaint in service center my complain ID #B1906301598. 5 days has been passed nobody replied to me when my AC problem will resolve, I called multiple times to service center to fix my problem but every time they told it will resolve soon. it is scheduled. I got a message from the service center that your service scheduled on DateTime, but three days past from scheduled date nobody come my home to fix the problem neither anyone calls me that when next schedule will be done.

very on professional and very bad service. Please don't buy Blue Start AC. I will never buy and never recommend to anyone to muy.

I have pruchased two Blue Star 5W18GA 1.5 Ton 5 Star Window AC from Chawala Electronics Faridabad on 31-03-2016. In first season PCV of one AC got damaged. Company replaced the same free of cost as the ACs were under warranty. In next season again PCV and copper pipes of both the ACs got damaged. We again replace the PCVs and refill the gas on both the ACs by paying money. Now this is a third season and again PCVs and copper pipes of both the ACs got damaged. We again replaced both the PCVS and copper pipes. Where as we are using another AC of Carrier brand wef 2014. The same is functioning properly. I have not seen such a worest quality AC till now. Blue star AC service center located in Faridabad is also one of the worest service centers. I request blue star company to check their quality before producing their product for sale in the market and request the customers not to purchase such worest quality ACs.

Hay guys I have only bad experience about this ac I brought this ac before 3 year on that it was good or top to another ac but after one year it was creating many problems like it' s didn' t cooling properly and also it was making noise outside so our nebrorur were complaining on daily bases.

Becouse of this I called to it' s customer care and talk about the problem so they told it' s the major problem becouse due to tachincal issue it happened sometime.and you are using regularly for one year so might be due to that I would be creating problems.

So they repaired it and for 6 month it was running smoothly but after that the ac was creating again same problem so I didn' t wanna waste my money to repair again and again bevcouse there was no value of maoney and satisfaction so I exchange this with hitachi ac and that' s working nicely.

AHii, we had purchased this A/C in 2017 the manufacturing temperature management is ultimate you can on the A/C for 15 min and you can leave the room after putting it on the temperature down within 15 minutes room will get cool and all the room temperature will start reducing awesome speed, mode and cooling of this brand A/C the model is too good we had purchased this A/C normal dealers so not followed any online orthers this is best for summers and in masterbedrooms this A/C acts very good and cool, recomend for everyone this A/C best experience the sound is also nice along with the sensors value for your money happy

Hey friends so here I am going to tell you about the BLUE STAR 5W18GA 1.5 TON WINDOW AC.

Since I am using this air conditioner from past 3 years so I very well know about ita functioning , service , cooling and more.

This Air conditioner works very well and produces very low sound

It completly cools the room within 10-15 minutes so it also gives good cooling.

It's service is free for 2 years so you can find it profitable

Completly a perfect AC for a room for these summer.

Best Ac I would refer you to buy , it do have 12 option of cooling control like- swing, filter, high, low, medium& fan Etc. It comes with a pretty remote , AC is very nice shaped and not give you any problem about fan or motor , I fouldbest ac in india for a good price it will fully satisfy you with it cooling technology

Hi friends I want to tell you my real experience what I fell after purchasing this AC this is the first time in my home that we purchase AC, we are so excited about this so we will think that invest in this as good as possible so we try to purchase this AC. blue star it's really expensive for us because we belong from a middle-class background its around 8 months and we feel that we not good at buying AC because it's not worth for us.

cooling was quite normal like other have this time there are lots of AC with so much of feature with lower of price even at first look its look nice but as a day pass its look so dull and believe me its colure is fade away so fastly.

as day pas its start noising we call there customer service they come but take so much time to come to my home that was not so good. after finishing it they charge us and I don't like it but its ok if this AC works good but after some time its start again this noise irritates us but what we do we adjust with this.

Dear frz, I want to share my experience.my father has purchased blue star window ac which is bad product . 8 months are past away since purchaseanf I daily sleep in that room only.

Ac cools slowly and from the time of purchase the back side filter was slightly damage. There is lot of waste of electricity in this ac.

Samsung is much better then blue star and cost of samsung is good .

Over all experience is bad with blue star. So friend plz think before purchase.

Hello guys I brought  split Ac for this summer .It is very much  valuable for it cost .The maintance is very low it cools very fast comparing to other  Ac companies.The usage of electricity is very low If any problem comes the company itself checking and solve the problem and they buying the minimum chargrs only.

I am writing this review from my own experience.

if you are going to buy a new air conditioner. I would suggest you please don't buy this one.

I bought this ac for about Rs.25000

I thought it would be a good ac.

but I was wrong.

my experience was worst with this ac.

earlier this ac was working good and giving good cooling but after 3 months it started making problems.

the ac was not providing good cooling at all. and then I contacted to the company. they repaired the ac under warranty but they repaired the ac in 8 days. and I slept without ac for 8 days and it was very high temperature.

it was working fine after repairing but it was making a loud noise after repairing. when I talked to the company, they said me "we can't do anything, we have perfectly repaired your ac"

they were very rude to me.

I tolerated the noise of ac.

after 1 year. the ac was not providing cooling. and when I talked to the company. they said me that gas of this ac is escaped out.

the warranty was over so they were asking Rs.4000 for gas refilling.

I was very tensed because it was a big amount.

but when I talked to the local repairer. he said me that he will refill the gas in Rs.2000 only

and then the gas was refilled by him.

the company was charging very high amount.

the customer service support of Bluestar is very bad.

the company executives are very rude.

PLEASE DON' BUY THIS AIR CONDITIONER

Blue star is well known in manufacturing of Air conditioning devices. For maintaining the same name in market and for the growth of company day by day improving latest technology in their models.

I am using the Blue star 4WAE181YA 1.5 TON 4 star Window AC since last 8 months for area around 250 sq. ft. Consultant suggested for the higher rating but because of money problem I purchased the 1.5 ton capacity unit and having better than sufficient experience. Even in less capacity giving best cooling.

So I suggest to take it without watching at the price to make summer cool.
