I was born in Bokaro, did my kinder-garden schooling in Pune, primary schooling in Baroda, and then moved to Kanpur for my High School and then to New Delhi to finish my last 2 years of schooling. Then came to Bangalore for my Computer Science Engineering and went back to UP (Ghaziabad) to do my MBA. Then came back to Bangalore as I got placed in IBM (in 2005) and have been in Bangalore ever since. I have traveled to Srilanka, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, China,Russia, UK, France, USA and Canada over the last 11 years for both work & pleasure. After finishing my Computer Science Engineering I was aiming at PhD courses in Computer Science in the US in 2003 and even got admission in 2 universities (Syracuse Univ & UT Dallas) with Research Assistantship & full tuition fee waiver way back in 2003 but then went for MBA in IMT Ghaziabad because of personal reasons. I am a proponent of Vedic Astrology and also a firm believer that there's a very solid scientific explanation for the phenomenon. I call myself a LIFE COACH & MENTOLOGER (Mentor + Astrologer). Its a term Iâ??ve coined for myself. It's my small and unique way of giving back to the society/ world. I derive immense personal satisfaction out of it On the professional front I am a FINANCE PROFESSIONAL with more than a decade of experience in Corporate Finance in the IT Industry.
