Hi, I was a Vodafone-Idea customer since 3 year back and my experience with this operator is very very bad.
First of all they have very poor network in rural areas such as my village, where I was suffering the difficulties in using internet, calling, messaging etc.
And the customer service is queit satisfying.
When I go towards charges and billing, Vi have many plans of month, 3 months and others plans but these are higher cost plans than other operators like jio, airtel etc. So I felt it is not affordable to me, thats why I left Vi and joined other operator.
