As pointed out by another customer, the customer service at Uread.com is trained to give you the most positive response which simply doesn't hold valid in reality. Each time I called, I was given the impression that the books will be delivered next day. But that never happened. And now the package delivery is in total jeopardy.
Their prices aren't too low as well as compared to flipkart. I made a mistake ordering from Uread.com
Please order from Flipkart or Amazon and have some peace of mind. Please avoid Uread.com and save yourself some nuisance.
I would have given a 0 star rating if I could.
