Sai Group cosmos who is developing his project is unable to issue committed flats as per SRA Scheme and unable to pay rent as committed. Please suggest as to necessary action that can be undertaken for this breach of trust and irregularities.


They haven't paid my rent for several years. I have made several attempts to contact him, visiting their office, but no luck.
