Product Implementation Rate:
Mrs.Akhila's father approached Someshwara Constructions& Developers(here after referred as SCD)to buy 2 plots& made full payment of 9 lacs through cheque from his account and as per his request, agreement was issued in his son-in-laws name.
After sometime, "Mrs.Akhila's father wanted to withdraw his purchase due to his personal financial problem"& "not due to the reason told by Mrs.Akhila that the property documents of SCD are not proper".SCD agreed for this withdrawal on humanitarian terms.
As part of refund process, initial Rs.20k cheque was given to son-in-law with Mr.Akhila's father's consent. After this, unfortunately Mrs.Akhila's father expired. Then SCD returned 1 lac through RTGS to son-in -law.SCD requested to return the original agreenent copy, which was in son-in-law's name, to refund the
remaining amount.Mrs.Akhila told that the agreement was lost and took quite some time to find it and return to SCD which caused the delay in the amount refund. Then as per SCD's legal adviser, since the cheques were issued by Mrs.Akhila's late father, the family members' signatures were required for cancellation of agreement. After this procedure, SCD returned the remaining full amount.
Due to attachment limitations, only one refund payment reciept& part of cancellation of agreement are attached.
Any further negative statements regarding this on SCD will result in legal consequences.
