Simplilearn is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
Don't enroll for any free course through their platform as they don't provide certificate. It will be mentioned as certification will be provided but they keep it locked. There is no way to unlock the certificate by payment also.
The customer service IVR says all users who enrolled for a course should reach out through chat option for any support. But there is no chat option in their page. It's false guidance.
They will pick the phone only if you select option as a new student who want to enroll for a course. But they say they don't deal with people who enrolled for free courses and there is no helpline or support for them.
They don't give a solution for unlocking the certificate. I wasted my time doing a course on this platform only to end up without any certificate. I need the certificate urgently for my job interview tomorrow. I would have done the course through some other platform.
Simplilearn cheated me. I request people not to enroll in any of their courses and give business to this cheaters who have their platform with glitches and provide ruthless customer support.
