Simplilearn is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I have paid for the TOGAF 10 Foundation & Practitioner Training which includes the Self Learning Content, Assessments, Mock Tests, Certificate and Exam Voucher.
I was supposed to complete the Self Learning Training and Assessments before 19th December 2024 which I have completed.
When I asked for the Mock Tests, they gave some PDFs and said that's it.
When I asked for the Exam Voucher, they ask me to use the Chat Feature to connect with Exam Support Team. But, no one is responding.
I have been following up with multiple people within Simplilearn Team for past many days and now they stopped responding.
Now they have disabled the Chat Feature and I'm unable to connect with anyone in Simplilearn Team.
This is a clear case of taking money and cheating the learners and customers.
Don't fall into the trap of Simplilearn. They are all well trained professional cheating squad.
Don't Trust them even once.
