I have paid ₹ 143, 885.07 to simplilearn for CSIM course with 100% passing guarantee based on 16th manual. Initially they didn't have training material and finally got the training based on 16th manual but Since Jan 17, 2023 they are issuing me used voucher of CISM exam by some other student as per ISACA and I am chasing simplilearn over email, LMS portal, LinkedIn, twitter. Escalated the issue to escalation team, grievance team, director sales, and even CEO but not yet resolved. Please beware they are charging student in advance and giving a duplicate voucher and not giving a working voucher. Huge harassment as a student and regret my decision now why I chose simplilearn.
