Simplilearn is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I had a deeply disappointing experience with Simplilearn. I was promised a specific course by their sales team, and based on that assurance, I agreed to proceed with the payment via bank EMI. However, after the transaction, I was never given access to the course I signed up for.
What followed was a frustrating cycle of miscommunication and zero accountability. The sales staff misled me during the onboarding process, and now Im stuck paying EMIs for a service I never received. There was no transparency, no resolution, and no genuine support from their team.
This wasnt just a minor inconvenienceit was a breach of trust. I feel cheated and helpless, and I strongly urge others to be extremely cautious before committing to any payment with Simplilearn. Their sales tactics are misleading, and their post-sale support is virtually nonexistent.
I hope this review helps others avoid the same mistake. Im still seeking a resolution, but at this point, I feel compelled to speak out publicly.
