I booked a 2 BHK flat in this project and after booking I was checking some reviews on this project but could not found, it later I spoke to some booked people here in this project, they have given me a positive review and I would like to write a this review to help you get some idea about this property.

Actually my husband found this property and after a weeks of time I have also visited as this location is better than other projects I saw and its close to my son's school in HSR.

We meet a sales guys initially and discussed about the completion of the project and number of bookings done and bank loans sanctions already happened on the project we have told project completion in end of the December this year and Many have taken loans from SBI, so I was more confident to book here and I have also gone with legal verification my advocate said positively on the records of land and apartment. BBMP has approved the plan and its our second home so we have no issues with this builder so far.

I got my loan sanctioned by SBI Mr. Jagdeesh from SBI helped me getting this loan sanctioned and later my uncle who was civil engineer and retired from the service he also checked with the quality of the building and confirmed its good to go.

Now I check with the ground water also they have 2 borewells and no corporation water at present available other than borewells, I don't know how many years this will be sufficient.

Hope this project would complete at least by end of January as I am expecting....
