Defective product received(Washing machine)
I got a defective washing machine. I am keep on trying to follow up with the paytmmall customer care service.
So far no positive response they keep on saying we are filing a complaint, Every time they are saying they are going to raise a new complaint, But GOD only knows what happens to the old complaint.
I have sent the damage details with images to them and even I have sent the . service engineer letter who has confirmed that it is a
defective piece.
So far no response
Really frustrating it is almost 2 months.
