I earn payback points from my credit card usage every month, for last two years, I was waiting for them to accumulate so that I can use them for the right benefit which oayback offers. Now from last month I am trying to use it to buy some voucher, but no transaction happens and it fails. I reported this to the customer support and sent them mails, but no reply even acknowledgement comea from them. It like two months and everything I tried but I never got a single response from them. Now I sent the complaint to my bank, they mentioned thet they are too unable to reach them. Now whatever I thought I could buy with my points is never gonna come. This is a fraud platform, or I beleive they have stopped working, they dont seem to listsen to the customers and bank should break tie up and give some benefit of those points we earned. Worst platform, never rely on this.
